Reminder to Vendors and Merchants

State of Hawaii Department of Taxation representatives have been visiting local craft fairs to ensure that all participating merchants / crafters are able to provide the following: 

1.       Original copy of their General Excise Tax License

2.       Receipts to customers for all purchases

3.       Ledger book or duplicate receipts to demonstrate they are keeping track of their sales. 

Each vendor is responsible for the above items.
